He is survived by: his wife Ollie Polk; his daughters, Betsy Joseph (Marc) of Chapel Hill, NC and Nancy Friedlander (Gary) of Naperville; his grandchildren, Michael Joseph, Annie Joseph, Drew Friedlander, Paige Friedlander and Melony Friedlander; and also, Leopoldine Onganda, Physical Therapist and Meghan Olin.
