With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelton C. Johnson Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shelton C Johnson Sr. (Ted) and Mary Johnson; his wife Carol Johnson; his children, Jeffrey Johnson (Susan), Carol Gaither and Terri Roseberry; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jimmy, Kena, Destiny, Austin, Riley and Hailey; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Jace, Zane, Tamen and Eliana; and his brother Earl Ammons (Evon).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
