He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha R. Lewis and Anthony Roach; his wife Carrie Lee Morrow; and his sister Mary Lou Ingram. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Gwendolyn I. McCain (Brice), Carolyn L. Ingram, Carlton L. Ingram (Lhyn) and Reginald L. Ingram (Marilyn); and his close friend Jacqueline Wright.
