He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Lee Talbert, Jr. and Edna Stewart Talbert; his former wife Carol Pressley Talbert; his wife Jana Wayne Talbert; his daughter Karmin E. Matthews (Ken); his grandchildren, Jessica Hammerman (Jordan) and Tristen Hughes (Tatianna Lipinski); and his great grandchild Rylie Dove Hammerman.
