It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tiffany Kornegay (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Williams; her grandfather Enoch Kornegay; and her uncle Vincent Kornegay. She is survived by: her mother Pamela Kornegay; her significant other Garnett Brooks; her children, Christian, Justin and Brycen Brooks; her grandmother Nancy Kornegay; her stepfather Patrick Lowe; and her brothers, Naeem Kornegay, Ryan Lowe and Javidi Thomas. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service (1111 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
