It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Frances (Wilson) Broach (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dan G. Broach; her parents, P. W. Wilson and Rosalie Bell Wilson; and her siblings, Dot Hall and Dr. Jean Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha (John Gaither), Patti (Ernie Welch) and Laurie (Matt Nowell); her granddaughter Shari Fullagar; and her great grandchildren, Holly Hix, Kelsi (Bryant Barber), Jack Fullagar, Wilson Fullagar, Allen Woodward, Cash Gaither, Emma Welch, Winnie Welch and Carter Welch.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or Samaritan's Purse (samaritanspurse.org).
