She is survived by: her children, Priscilla Jean Porter and Kinard Dwayne Thomas; her grandchildren, Virginia Lakay Hardy, Jamere Devion Thomas and Jaiden Dwayne Thomas; her sister Lousie Kimber of Charlotte, NC; her uncle Minister Robert Nelson Hayes (Nellie) of Charlotte, NC; her aunt Jessie Carson Hayes of Elkin, NC; her siblings-in-law, Faye L. Porter of Mocksville, NC, Bernice Tuttle, Donice Lindsay (Clifton), Linda Smith and Henry Thomas (Rachel); and her nieces and nephews, Debra Turner, Donna Redmond of Charlotte, NC, Ronald Redmond (Freda) of Mocksville, NC, Daryl Redmond of Elkin, NC, Joseph Redmond of Atlanta, GA, Roy Porter of Mocksville, NC and Timothy Hayes of Midway, NC. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
