He was predeceased by: his parent Lapien Sphabmixay. He is survived by: his parent Noi Syvanthong Sphabmixay of Charlotte; and his siblings, Xaysongkhame Davis (Quentin) of Charlotte, Somphiane Banks (Bill) of Iron Station, Somphet Sphabmixay (Jimmy Roberson) of Charlotte, Tim Sphabmixay of Charlotte and Khamla Sphabmixay of Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
