He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kelly and Mary Kelly; his son Jeff Kelly; and his brother Gerald Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Jean Kelly; his daughter Lori Azbell (Doug); his grandchild Charlie Azbell; his brother Van Kelly (Joy); and his sister-in-law Barbara Kelly.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made to the Baptist Men's Disaster Relief Fund at First Baptist Church of Matthews, 185 S. Trade Street, Matthews, NC 28105.
