He is survived by: his wife Lois Floyd; his children, Michael Floyd (Lynn) and Lisa Davis (Richard) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Samantha, Cristen Davis, Jasmine Price, Marybeth and Tony Floyd; his great grandchild Rylee; and his sisters, Kathy Caststevens (David) of Winston Salem and Gwen Sams (John) of Greensboro.
