He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Baker of California and Casandra Baker of Philadelphia; his sisters, Betty Livingston of Midlothian, VA, Alley Small, Brenda Baker Bracy and Gloria Giles (Frankie) of Charlotte, NC; his uncle Jack D Waddy; and his sister-in-law Betty Dean Baker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
