It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woodley Maxwell of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson Maxwell and Effie Brice Maxwell; his wife Anne Maxwell; his granddaughter Amy Taylor Harvell; and his brothers, Frank, Fred and Bill Maxwell.

He is survived by: his daughter Carol Taylor (Tim) of Huntersville; and his pet Happy.
