She is survived by: her children, Joseph "Rick" Black Jr. (Rena), Diana Abernathy (Ronnie), Nelson Black (Bonnie), Ricky Black (Lana), Rodney Lee Slaughter and Chris Slaughter (Misty); her daughter-in-law Nancy Slaughter; and her siblings, Ruth Rhyne, Wilma Stamey and Glenn Schronce (Carolyn). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
