She is survived by: her husband Garland H. Hallman, Jr.; her sons, Benjamin R. Hallman (Rhonda), G. Henry Hallman, III (Vicente) and Kelly H. Hallman (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Chloe Hallman, Chaela Simms Gilbert (Chris), Daniel Hallman and Terry Simms; her great grandchild Julian Gilbert; her sisters, Nancy Costner and Libby Mervin; and her sister-in-law Judy Boyd.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cherryville City Memorial Cemetery (300 E Church St, Cherryville, NC 28021).
