He was predeceased by : his parents, Burge Huss and Annie Beam Huss; his siblings, Coley, Bud Huss and Lois Hayes; and his son-in-law Curtis Beam.
He is survived by : his wife Pansy Annette Hallman Huss; his children, Gary Dean Huss (Beth) of Rockwell, NC and Jackie Huss Beam (Steve "Spunk" Arthurs) of Cherryville; his sister Betty McSwain of Newton; his grandchildren, Turner Beam (Emily) of Cherryville, Whitney Adams (Jonathan) of Rockwell, Paige O'Guin (Joel) of China Grove, Dr. Daniel White (Christina) of Roanoke, VA and Logan Bumgarner (Carolyn) of Cherryville; and his great grandchildren, Mac, Eden, Avery, Hudson, Rowen, Nora, Mabel, Addy, Charlie and Carson.
