He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilma Rhew and Bud Silver; his mother-in-law Mary Whitworth; and his brother-in-law Doug Whitworth. He is survived by: his wife Vickey Whitworth Silver; his son Michael Silver II; his daughter-in-law Marsha Silver; his grandchildren, Aysia III, Jayden III and Michael III; his brother Frank Silver (Sarah); his nieces, Natasha Alexander and Ashley Lackey; his sister-in-law Betty Blanton (Herb); and his nephew Chase Blanton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Dr. Shelby, NC 28150.
