She was predeceased by : her parents, William Edward Farmer and Helen Gould Sandidge Farmer; her husband Wallace Handford Conner, Sr.; and her sons, Meredith, Artist and Wallace H. Conner, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Dortha C. Williams and Rodney Conner; and her sisters, Helen Sandidge and Winnifred Hunter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and extended family.
