She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Goodnight and Maudie Patterson Goodnight; her husband Jack Benny Alexander; her son Charles Eugene Adcock; and her siblings, Carry E. Goodnight, Sadie Goodnight Pennington, Robert Goodnight, James Goodnight, Ray Goodnight, Lawrence Goodnight and Joel Goodnight.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Brenda Adcock Sloop (Stanley) and Michelle Adcock (Neil); her great grandchild Haley Sloop; and her stepsons, Benny Alexander and Audie Alexander.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Lawn Memorial Park (1350 S Main St, China Grove, NC 28023). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
