He is survived by: his children, Gene Timothy Squires, Jr. of Chocowinity, NC, Sandra Squires Brown and Danielle Olivia Squires-Smith; his siblings, Rena White, Rose Marie Lee, Willie Edward Squires, Jr. and Tony Wayne Squires; his grandchildren, Austin Squires and Charlene Elizabeth Squires; and his great grandchild Mia Squires.
