She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomason and Olive Dupriest Thomason; her grandchildren, Gary Wayne Peed, Jr. and April Elaine Weaver; her great grandchild Hunter Weaver; and her sister June Lenora Thomason Hayes.
She is survived by: her spouse Ola Forbes, Jr.; her children, Lisa Carrow (Tony) of Pinetown, Olive Waters (Jeffray) of Chocowinity and Jason Forbes; and her great grandchildren, Mandi Cumbo of Jacksonville, Dillon and Austin Weaver of Wake Forest.
Flowers are welcomed and may be delivered to Wayside Presbyterian Church from 9:00 am until 10:30 am Saturday prior to the service and memorials may be made to, Wayside Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 70, Chocowinity, NC 27817.
