He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Mulligan and Elsie Troupe Mulligan; his son Michael David Mulligan; and his brother Sonny Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife CJ Setzer Mulligan; his son James Mulligan (Taylor) of Conover; his sisters, Verna Tapp (Scott) of Hickory and Lori Cohen (Jeff) of Rock Hill, SC.; his grandchildren, Shannon Johnson, Lacey Crump and Serenity Mulligan; his great grandchildren, Emma Johnson, Riley Johnson and Addison Johnson; his siblings' children, Christopher Cook, Dwayne Setzer and Verlina Hoke (Walter); his children, Abigal Hoke and Hunter Hoke; his mother-in-law Dorothy Harris of Morganton; Donnie McKinney (Angel) of Taylorsville Numerous. He is also survived by his grandkids, great grand kids.
