He is survived by: his parents, Larry Charles Pannell and Brenda Hedrick Pannell of Claremont; his wife Stephanie Lowrance Pannell; his sons, Spencer Charles Pannell of Claremont and Sawyer Preston Pannell of Claremont; and his brother Mark Russell Pannell of Claremont. He is also survived by friends, and co-workers.
