He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Huffman Bradshaw, Nancy Huffman Shook and John Felix Shook. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Allen Shook and Louellen Bradshaw Shook; his brother Ryan Allen Shook; his grandfather Marvin Julius Bradshaw; and his stepgrandmother Lisa Wagh Brawshaw.
