She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clark Jacobs (R. C.) and Retha Christine Freeman; her former husband Benjamin Terry Storms; and her sister Karen Renee Jacobs Clarida. She is survived by: her husband Kent Clark; her children, Crystal Mitchell (Tony) of Clarkton and Cody Clark of Clarkton; her godson Delane Mitchell (Christy) of Chadbourn; her siblings, Jim Freeman of Wilmington, Blenda Mitchell (Ricky) of Lake Waccamaw, Penny Sanchious (Willie) of St. Pauls and Rena Spaulding (Jason) of Bolton; and her grandson Zacharias "Zach" Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, in-laws, and friends.
