It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Callahan of Clarkton, North Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Alva Glenn "Rue" Callahan. He is survived by : his children, David Colby Callahan (Whitney) of Cerro Gordo, Britt Parker Callahan of Charleston, SC and Lauren "Katie" Callahan of Raleigh; his mother Eleanor Delane Phillips Callahan of Clarkton; and his sister Crystal Lynn Edwards (Randy) of Whiteville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to his burial fund, c/o Worthington Funeral Home, PO Box 352, Chadbourn, NC 28431.
