Laura Neal Shipman Horrell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Neal Shipman Horrell of Clarkton, North Carolina, who passed away on June 23, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Neil Shipman and Laura Heustess Shipman; and her siblings, Ola Jane Tyner, Charlotte Inez Ward, Ann Vaughn, Andrew Odom Shipman, Robert Lesane Shipman, Archie Sidbury Shipman, Sr. and John Edwin Shipman.

She is survived by: her husband Terrance Dean Horrell; her children, Elaine Horrell Hughes (Geary Hughes), Dean Rodney Horrell (Christy Guyton Horrell), Aaron Hughes (Kristen Nelson Hughes) of Uppsala Sweden, Charles Madison Hughes (Kelly Walsh Hughes) of Durham, NC and Zachary Joel Horrell; and her great grandchild Margo Jane Hughes of Uppsala. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
