She is survived by: her children, Gregory Thompson (Karen) of Winnabow, Billy Thompson (Kim) of Clarkton, Melinda Bender (Jack) of Pollocksville and Donna Shaw (Vic) of Clarkton; her siblings, Johnny Davis of Bladenboro, Janis Davis of Evergreen, Wanda Dowless and Debra Jackson of Bladenboro; her grandchildren, Brandon Shaw (Kara) of Wilmington, Jake Bender (Meghan) of Pollocksville, Kayla Allen (Josh) of Clarkton, Krista McDaniel (John) of Fuquay Varina, Candice Campbell (Tyler) of Mebane, Katie Bell (Josh) of New Bern, Jason Thompson of Winnabow, Noelle Thompson of Clarkton, Brooke Meares (Anthony) of Clarkton and Courtney Williams (Thomas) of Clarkton; and her great grandchildren, Tarynn, Alani Shaw, Charlie, Hugh, Camden Bender, Kali, Will Allen, Jackson, Harrison McDaniel, Cruz, Colt Campbell, Wyatt, Cason Bell, Trenton, Trinity, Alex and Tinley Meares.
