He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Pereklita. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Michele Franklin (Jeffrey), Stacy Fair (John), Kristy Macellaio (Nick), Amanda Smith and Benjamin Pereklita (Allison); his grandchildren, Alec, Meghan, Aidan, Chayton, Elli, Samantha, Rocco, Dominic, Brody, Cassie, Alora, Clarke and Reese; and his sisters, Janie Wehr (David) and Nancy (Jeff).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Saint Paul Lutheran Church (85 S Constitution Dr, Aurora, IL 60506). A burial will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at the St. Paul's Cemetery.
