We bid farewell to Noelle Elizabeth Franklin (Clayton, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 12, 2025 at the age of 7. Noelle Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her parents, Dylan Franklin and Toni Franklin; her brother Christian Franklin; her grandparents, Robert, Gina Oudinot, Brian Franklin and Sharon Annas; her aunt Tia; her uncle Mark; and her cousins, Addison, Emery, Cooper and Charlie.

The Franklins have established a Pediatric Oncology Fund in Noelle's name at the UNC Health Foundation. The family asks that donations be made to the fund in lieu of flowers.
