With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Gardner Fulton of Clemmons, North Carolina, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Gardner and Iola Gardner; and her siblings, Tenny, Cleveland "June", Leonard, Lorenzer "Lo" Gardner, Sandra "Sue" Sullivan and Ruby Simons.
She is survived by: her daughter Valarie Fair (Dennis); her siblings, Betty Lowery, James Gardner (Edith), Raymond Gardner, Shirley Melton and Carolyn Hairston (Otis); her goddaughter Jessica Graham; and her grandchildren, Brian Fulton, Carl Fair, Jr., Brittany Fair, Amber Booker (Ryan) and Jeremiah Ellis. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
