She is survived by: her children, George Steven Childress (Karen), Wanda Jane Joyner and Georgia Theile; her daughter-in-law Linda Childress; her grandchildren, Chris Joyner (Sue), Tony Joyner (Jaime), Kimberly Lanning (Keith), Candy Childress (Travis), Stevie Childress, Carrie White (Steven) and Zachary Theile (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Jackson, Sophia, Raegan, Ian, Tanner, Corey, Sarah and James; and her brothers, Michael Robertson and Jerry Robertson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Advance First Baptist Church (1938 NC-801, Advance, NC 27006). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Advance First Baptist Church Cemetery (1938 NC-801, Advance, NC 27006).
