Plyler; her children, Karla Plyler, Ginger Plyler Matthews and John David Plyler (Kim); her grandchildren, Georgia Plyler and William Plyler; and her siblings, Clifford King (Sue), Floyd King and Ollie Bridges.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
