He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Shuford and Annie Bell Shuford; and his siblings, Edward "Bruce" Shuford, Myra Shuford Friday, Lisa Shuford Friday and Sally Shuford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gwendolyn Denise Boyd (Michael) of Salisbury, Anita "Colleen" Worthy of Lincolnton, Grady Shuford, II of District and Eric Shuford of Lincolnton; and his close friend Diane. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
