He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Gary Hamrick, Sr. and Debbie Braswell Ross; and his stepson Rodney Yancey. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ellis Hamrick; his stepchildren, Tony Yancey and Melanie Yancey; and his grandson Austin Yancey.
