She is survived by: her children, Donald Chris Bridges (Janet) of Morehead City and Mitzi Carol Brown of Cherryville; her grandchildren, Michael Shannon "Shan" Black and Ashley Black Huss; her great grandchildren, Eli, Justin, Josh, Austin and Jade; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Ava.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home (1401 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
