She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hector Manuel Cruz; her parents, Reva Owens Parker and Stacey Lee Parker of Salemburg, NC; her siblings, Willie James Parker, Sarah Louise Parker of Roseboro, NC and Peggy Jeanette Parker Williams of Henderson, NC.; her children, Stacy Dwayne Cruz (Jacquekeem Pope Cruz) of Mufreesboro, NC and Michelle Cruz of Bronx, NY; her niece Tanya Turner (Ronald) of Henderson, NC; her grandchildren, Davon Cruz, Shanekqua Cruz, Dwayne Cruz, Nikkia Campbell (Tony), Ernest Dell Cruz, Destiny Cruz, Sean Cruz and Desiree Pope-White; and her godchildren, Anthony Ballard of Wilmington, NC, Vivian Cohen of Pineland, SC, Angela Bell of Staten Island and Edwina Beth Fields Chism. She was also cherished by eight Great Grandchildren.
