He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Momin of Clinton, NC and Brandy Michelle Azam of Daytona Beach, FL; his parents, Jimmy Spell and Louise Spell of Clinton, NC; and his sisters, Charlotte Smith of Clinton, NC and Sharon Bradshaw of Clinton, NC.
