He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lillard Martin and Signora Robertson Martin; and his brother Billy "Babe" Martin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Osborne Martin; his son George "Lee" Martin (Amy) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Delaney Martin, Bennett Martin and Bryson Martin; and his brother Cecil Martin.
