He was predeceased by: his former wife Peggy Lamb Tew Barker; his siblings, Elsie Lee Honeycutt, Lillian Britt, Clarence Edward Barker and Alton Barker; and his stepdaughter Kim Baggett.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Spell Barker; his children, Wanda B. Tyndall, Lynne Norris and Charles Latham Barker (Carri Lin); his stepdaughter Lesa Jackson (Frankie); his granddaughters, April Lewis (Scott), Melody Melvin (Desi), Holly A. Tyndall, Aubrey Barker and Erin Barker; his great grandchildren, Cullen Lewis, Harrison Lewis and Axel Melvin; and his stepgrandchildren, Meagan Jackson, Ashley Such (Trey), Nicholas Baggett, Colton and Jackson Myers.
