He was predeceased by: his parents, Patty Johnson and Edwin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Butler Johnson; his children, Amy Dianne Johnson (Christopher Steven Temple) and Chadwick Dale Johnson (Jessica Boone Johnson); his granddaughters, AnnaDale Baggett Johnson and Charlotte Olivia Johnson; and his siblings, Patty Johnson Perkins (David Barrett Perkins) and Edwin Lynn Johnson (Ines Johnson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
