She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Jacobs (Hargrove) and Dave McCoy; her daughter Marie Elizabeth Kelly; and her siblings, Walter Herman Melvin, Moses Hargrove, Jr., Isaac Freeman Hargrove, Lenter Elwood Hargrove, William Allen Hargrove, James Cleveland Hargrove, Mary-Alice Kirby, Willie McCoy and Lucy McCoy.
She is survived by: her husband George W. Kelly; her children, Jesse D. Parker (Nejla), Sheila Grice (Larry), Jacqueline Kelly and Doris Ann Hicks; and her sisters, Denatilus Price, Ida Marie Carr and Penny Rich. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; special friend.
