She is survived by: her husband Douglas Wayne Warren; her sons, Robbie Warren of Clinton and Walt Warren (Caroline) of Raleigh; her grandsons, Mason, Ridge, Ethan, John Page and Reid Warren; and her brother Lynwood Spell of Roseboro.
