It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence Latimer of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Linwood "Buck" Latimer. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Mitchell (John) of New Bern, Nancy Butler (Joe) of Clinton and Penny Horne (Lyman) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Bradley Quick, Matt Butler, Ashley Montgomery (Robbie), Sara Hunter (Patrick) and Katie Butler (Eric); her great grandchildren, Drew and Gray Montgomery; and her close friend Shari Parker.
The family respectfully requests no visitors in the home due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in her name to First Baptist Church, 408 College Street in Clinton or Community Home Care & Hospice, 126 E Elizabeth Street, Suite B in Clinton.
