With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Thornton (Clinton, North Carolina), who passed away on December 20, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Adams and Lillie Raynor Adams; and her husband Cecil Thornton. She is survived by: her daughter Pam T. Parsons (Gene); her grandchildren, Walt Parsons (Summer) of Sumter, SC and Jennifer Payne (Kevin) of Apex; her great grandchildren, Breydan, Will Parsons of Clinton, Gracie and Lucy Payne of Apex; and her sisters, Edna Matthis of Clinton and Christine Boone of Wilmington.
