He is survived by: his wife Ilene Dudley Spell; his children, Melinda Spell Sutton (James), Brenda Jones (Terry) and Kenneth Spell (Sue); his grandchildren, Dustin Spell, Devan Sutton, Matthew Jones and Elizabeth Spell; and his brother Jimmy Spell (Louise) of Clinton.
