He is survived by: his father Frank "Buster" Gaston Rackley (Linnie); his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Rackley; his children, Jamie Rackley and Heather Rackley; his grandchild Kelsi Rackley; and his siblings, Bobby Rackley and Crystal Kenny. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew and nieces.
