She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Haywood and Virginia Ray King Powell; her husband Thomas Devone King; her grandson Brian Bradshaw Lee; her grandmother Casey Smith; and her stepdaughter Jennifer King.
She is survived by: her former husband Weldon Bryant Bradshaw; her daughters, Martha Ray Bradshaw of Clinton and Marcia Bradshaw Shaw (David) of Apex; her grandchildren, Sarah Kathryn Lee (Donnie Maas), Janna Shaw and Carlee Shaw; her stepdaughter Julie King Bartlett (Roger); her sister Hilda Farmer of Goldsboro; and her caregivers, Janet Johnson of Harrells and Juliette Graham of Clinton.
