He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Hattie Smith and Annie Carroll Smith; his children, Joe, Kenneth, Theresa (Craig), Andre (Betty) and Antionette; his siblings, Albert (Martha), William, Robert, Vander and Ester; his siblings-in-law, Edna Carroll and Donell Carroll; and his siblings, Luvie, John and Alice. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
