It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathie Hairr Johnson of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Turner and Evan Carlton Hairr, Sr.; her former husband Walter Garnett Johnson; and her brother Kenneth Hairr. She is survived by: her husband Mitch Jones of Clinton; her daughters, Kellie Bah (Lamine) of Spring Lake, Jessica Honrine (Kevin Doras) of Raeford, Leslee Trinastic (Ryan) of Wisconsin, Caroline Wilson (Joseph) of Benson, Stephany Reynolds of Wisconsin and Tamatha Pugh of Salemburg; her siblings, Kimberly Cannady of Clinton and Evan "Carlton" Hairr, Jr. of Clinton; and her friend Wanda Robinson. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
