He was predeceased by: his mother Judy McCullen Harrell. He is survived by: his father Larry Harrell; his siblings, Lisa Harrell, Julie Smith (Darrell), Greg Harrell (Patricia) and Deanna Barefoot (Tracey); and his nieces and nephews, Heather Hope Pope (Kaleb), Carmen Hering, Zach Worley, Jenna Worley, Aaron Smith, Chance Barefoot, Anna Harrell, Jon Shelton Barefoot and Ella Barefoot.
